Tamagotchi Friends Personality

So I've had my TF for quite awhile but I haven't really started using it until now. I've heard that your tama needs to have some kind of personality to evolve into different characters (similar to the P's) but so far the only adult I've gotten is Coffretchi. And she comes from prefect care and no personality. Now my question is, how do I give my TF a personality? (By the way I have a regular TF, not a Dream Town one).

Well, there are three different personalities; Active, Social, and Gourmet. I'm sure you know this already, but you can only have one of these personalities when your Tamagotchi reaches the Teen Stage:

Active: Win at least 10 minigames.

Social: send mail up to 10 times.

Gourmet: Eat up to 15 meals (Bread seems to work, but it would be safe if you use meals you bought.)
