I am very confused with the Tama-Go attention stuff. When my new Tama-Go, Paul, was a toddler and an adult, he would call me for attention. He had the exclamation mark over his head but I couldn't tell if I needed to praise him or give him a time out because it didn't show a crying animation or anything. So it became pretty much a guessing game that I guess half of the time wrong. And then today,(he's a Kuromametchi now) he called me for attention, had the exclamation mark over his head. I pressed the A button and he did his close up picture and the attention icon turned off. What was that about?! Did he just want me to see his beautiful face or something?! I'm new to the Tama-Go, and this stuff is really puzzling me. Thanks!

I just time out when it has the exclamation mark...I praise when it er, does its business. When your tama go is an adult, it does that. I don't know why though...maybe someone else does. xD

I say it's kind of like the iD L, how they come up close to the screen every... hour?

I think it's just a cute animation.

Usually if I see the exclamation mark on my Tama-Go I tend to praise it. This helps the training bar fill up faster. Other times when there's an exclamation mark and you press a button there is an animation the Tamagotchi does like brushing its teeth, taking a bath or comes close to the screen cause it's happy to see you. :)

Another question you can possibly answer (if you know)

When I didn't give it attention it was angry at me a packed its bags and it had a wha wha wha sound (lose sound on some games)

Do I need to press two buttons or what because I had to reset it because I was scared it was going to leave the screen.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

KittyCat, when your tamagotchi has left, press buttons A and C at the same time. They are the ones on the very left and right.
