I have three tamagotchis, so it may sound like I have got a lot of characters so far...but the Adult I have had the most number of times is Hanatchi (can't vote - it's not on your list!). I have just 'paused' my third Hanatchi as I've got two teen Oniotchis on the other two tamagotchis and am trying for Androtchi - never had it before.

Usually, each time I get a new baby, I just try for a character that I haven't had before. Have had 2 x Mimitchis, 2x Mametchis (my favorite Adults), 2 Kuchipatchis (too fat & lazy!), 2 Tarakotchis (love the Skateboard & Boots).

After Androtchi, think maybe will try for a Memetchi - I'd like to see one in a bowler hat!
