Tama colour happy signs - heart cloud?

Hi, was wondering if anybody could help me? I have all the other happy signs on the tamagotchi colour - except the heart cloud in the sky. In the help topic on here it just says 'see a heart shaped cloud in the sky on a day with puffy clouds'. I wanted to know exactly what you have to do? Is it just go outside loads of times till it happens or do you have to use any items?

I'm preaty sure it's random, but I dont have a TMGC+C! So I'm not going to be a big help.

Just go outside. (While inside the house and while no icons are lit, press the B (middle) button.) If you see a few puffy clouds but don't see the heart-shaped cloud, go back inside. (Press the C (right) button.) Repeat until you see the heart-shaped cloud. It is random, so may take 20 times doing this until you see it.
