I think it's (something):59 mins. But this is how I know it:

Baby to child - about half an hour.

Child to teenager - a day(and a bit).

Teen to adult - two days.

I was a guide here and I am VERY sure that it's as follows:

Baby to Toddler = 1 hour

Toddler to Teen = 2 days (48hrs)

Teen to Adult = 2 days (48hrs)

Matchmaker can be accessed 48hrs after your tama becomes an adult.
