About a week later, Laura was ready for her trip. She was so excited. "I can't wait mom! This is so exciting!" she said at breakfast. "Calm down, Laura dear! Now remeber..." her mother said. Laura started talking with her, "Be nice to your new mom and owner! I know I know! And take good care of yourself and blah blah blah! C'mon! I'll be late!" Laura's mom rolled her eyes.
The whole school was in for another assembly. The seven Preparation for Rancher students were on stage. Each of them holding a tama ticket. "These students will now be using these tama tickets as their IDs. They will fly on the Kiwitchi Ranch Elementary School Jet into TamaTown, where they will go into the travel agency to The Mimitchi Islands and will be launched into Earth eggs."
All of the classes cheered. Laura bowed. Mr DeSilva gave each individual their tamaticket and they boarded the plane. Laura sat beside Jess and Janet while Koki and Kiko sat together in front of them. Ellen and Bobby Jean
otchichi: sat all by themselves in the back of the jet.
The classes counted down until the jet set off. Everyone watched it soar high in the air until it disappeared. "Hey!" Laura cried out, "I can see my house and a banner!" Jess peeked out the window and saw the banner on the Kiwitchi Garden Mall that said "Good-bye Ranchers!" Janet ^_^ started crying again.
"What's wrong?" Laura asked. "I won't be able to make it without my mom and dad!" she sobbed. Laura patted Janet on the back and grinned. Janet smiled. She was glad to have someone as kind and caring as Laura for a friend.
"Awesome!" Laura screamed as the plane landed in front of the TamaTown City Hall. She started running around with her digital camera to take pictures. She took a picture of Kichi Kuchipatchi wiping out on his skateboard and of Koki in the mall.
