When I got my first tama in 1997 I was like, 5. So I didn't know how to work it at all. Then I got a V3 many moons later, and it was pretty intuitive; now I'm obsessed!

I got my first one from a friend on my birthday and I didn't know how to work it but she also had brought hers and taought me how to work it.

About the other 7 I bought I was an expert by the time I got my second tamgotchi.
