Souvenir locations and how to get?

Does anyone have a list on how to get all the souvenirs and there locations on V4?

I brought the power drill thinking it was a toy, then I see it was a souvenir.

It shows you all shop and MOST sovieneers (but this is enough for now). Once you get those, advance and get the later ones.

I actually have a list on my website but when i tried to post it before it got deleted, i guess it was advertising. Well whatever this will probably get deleted too.
