when you have a baby with the matchmaker, does how you care for the parent after the baby is born affect the baby's future....if you see what i mean?

like if you treat mommy badly after shes given birth, will it make baby a bad character or does it not affect the baby till mommys gone?

It has no effect. How you take care of the baby after the parent leaves determines the type of tama you get and end up with.
