Hey everybody...

i'm a tamagotchi new user of v4.5

In fact very new to tamagotchi since my last was v1 many many years back.

i heard that the games we play will determine the skill points we accumulate and this in turn will determine the type of career we can have later in life.

However, the mini games that i played in the tamagotchi, all seems to add to the first - funny. Only occasionally, they'll add to the 3rd - spiritual.

How then do i add points for gorgeous??

Oh ya... one more thing...

are there any games in tamatown that can train mi pet?

Or is tama town just for collecting gotchi points and souvenirs?

Welcome back to Tamagotchi then

The first two games, Climb and Tug-o-war add to random skill points. Yes, I know, this is quite unfair. I've had the same problem on my v4- I got mainly Kindness, very few Intelligence and no Style points.

When your Tamagotchi evolves into a teenager, however, you get three new games. Apple always increases Humour points, Shapes always increases Gorgeousness points and Manhole always increases Passion/Spiritual points.

Also when you go to preschool, on v4 you usually get Style points (with the odd Kindness one thrown in here and there and sometimes you lose Intelligence points). I don't have a v4.5 but I'm assuming it's pretty much the same (usually get Gorgeousness points with the odd Passion one thrown in here and there and sometimes you lose Humour points). However I'm not sure.

Nope, there are no games on Tamatown that can "train" your Tamagotchi. However, there are some foods that raise skill points. I'm not sure if any are sold on Tamatown though.

And yes, Tamatown really is all about collecting Gotchi Points and souvenirs. Six odd months ago I actually went on Tamatown to go shopping. Now I don't really go on Tamatown.

All of that is right except for the version 4.5 preschool skill points. Whenever I take my V4.5 to preschool it adds points to random areas. I always get funny, gorgeous, and spiritual points after attending 10 sessions in preschool.
