Should I try taking care of two tamagotchis?

So recently, my little sister got a tamagotchi. She thought it would be fun taking care of one.
But, after like a week, Shee gave up taking care of it (lol). She let me have her tamagotchi, but it's been on the "going back to home planet screen" for a while now. It's a gen 2 and
I also need some tips since I never tried raising 2 tamas b4.

You can always reset the clock to put them to sleep if you need a break, since you can't really pause these Tamas.
