Shop codes don't work anymore

Well, the thing is that I had to reset my Tama after it died during my holidays. Now I can't get the shop code items anymore, because the shop guy won't do anything... I press A 4times until he raises his arms and enter the code afterwards, but then he will only return to his "normal face"... Is there any chance for me to get the code items back? I tried it within all Tama States, I'm adult now but it still won't work... I'm having an European Tama 4+, also it didn't work 2 or more times... I only got those items one time, they never appeared again... My girlfriend was able to get them several times via entering the code - one time for free and the other times by paying points after entering the code...

its ok just change the batery ...or try to restart!! ok hun

It might be just a glitch. Try resetting. If that doesn't work try putting in a new battery. Sorry for your tamagotchi. I really hope I helped.

I suspect one of your inventory categories is full. You can store only so many items of each, meals, snacks, items. If one of these has reached its maximum capacity, the shop codes will not work. Use up a meal, a snack, and an item, then try the shop codes again.

If this is what im thinking, your item meal or snack soace is full. You should now go to the friend list icon, choose present, select food or item, select an item, then press b then press a. Choose yes or no to delete the item. Then try a shop code/buying something.
