If your one of those people (I sound like an ad don't I) that doesent like changing the time to restock the shop, you can change the time, restock the shop, buy somthing, set it back to normal time, and you still have the item! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

To answer your question, the shop restocks at: 11:59 PM (don't do that one, your tama just goes to sleep, but when you wake him up there'll be new items) 2:59 PM, 6:59 PM. Just set the time to any one of those time and wait one minute.
