Secret Character

How do you get the other secret characters? I think it has something to do with debugging, but I don't know. What's the whole deal, including how to debug (if this is the answer)? Please help!!!

the secret character such as the hamburger and the nazotchi where not programed into the american versions of tamagotchi the debugging doesnt work period....just ruins your tamagotchi.

nope sure wouldnt......Cause i mean if you think bout im i studies electronics.... and what is a dot of pencil lead gonna do to it maybe if you too and rewired the main frame and did a buch of stuff to it it could be possible to do that but it just seems to Farfetched

Debugging is really no big deal. You're just afraid to try.

I'm comfortable with opening and tinkering.

Pencil lead is carbon. The carbon reacts with teh debug spot. So all you have to do is draw a little on the debug spot with the pencil lead. Super easy.

To de-debug, just erase that spot and you're back to normal, though I don't know why any one would want to go back. I really like mine debugged quite a lot.

 

Also, the hamburger guy is programmed in to the American tamagotchis.

A lot of those are not secret characters, but unlockable visitors. You can not get those characters by playing and hoping to get them.

Kind of a bummer but that's just the way it is.

wait a minute.... who says debugging doesnt work? i did it for 2 american tamagotchis, and it worked for both... maybe it didnt work for u cuz u didnt do it right, or u didnt read the directions carefully. all i know is that it does work, cuz i have 2 tamagotchis that arent ruined. well, its up to u guys, if uw anna believe me or theotehr person, but try it if u want

Sure, debugging works great. You just have to be brave enough to give it a try.

It worked just fine (eventually) on the ones I tried to do.

I did an American and a Japanese one.
