School in tamatown

Is this where people said you can take the classes and stuff to get skill points? Also, half of the things in the school dont load past 0...

I don't think it's possible to earn skill points on the V4 TamaTown web site.

You can select Work from your V4 Tamagotchi's connection menu (activate the heart icon in the upper right corner), then press the B (middle) button when the AWAY sign appears on the screen to play a mini-game that can reward skill points. (Even though the menu entry is "work" it also means preschool and school.)
