i doubt it--i have a v3, but i've only had it for a week or 2, and it's never happened on mine.... but i can't rule the possibility out.

i don't have a V3 but if they put that in, it would encorage kids to smoke! But I could imagine a Mimitchi holding a cigarette ! Still not that funny. Bandai would probably be shut down or at least sued.
