Ringotchi Gotchi figure plays as chamametchi?

So I just got a lot of 6 figures from kurkcards on Amazon and it arrived petty quickly, all of the figures were working, but ringotchi kept playing as chamametchi instead of Ringotchi can you help me? Thanks!

You probably didn't push the figure in all the way. There is this glitch where you can use certain figures to unlock others without having to buy them. Make sure you push the figure in ALL the way, and clean the contacts on the bottom of the figure as well as on the Tamago. Hope this helps and you can enjoy your Tamago.
