Really struggling to find a USB to IR adapter

Where did you guys get yours? All the ones I see on ebay and amazon are around $40.. And people are calling these cheap?

Edit: would something like this work? I know it looks ridiculous but those stick things are just way too expensive...

Just buy an IR phone, cheaper and more reliable, IR USB's are usually a hit or miss
