Random but honest Question about connection v2 and v3

When I hold them up to my ear I can hear a constant beep, almost in a metronome pattern. Also I've held one up to a shortwave radio and it seemed to pick up on the beep. So what I'm asking is does anyone know what this beep is?

It's a "heartbeat". It was probably something intentional.

Its something that is simply there. Nothing to worry about.

You'll notice that it is in sync with the Tamagotchi's movements as it bounces around the room
