I have a 4.5 and I've noticed that it often is grouped together with v4. Do the codes, suggestions, etc that work for v4 also work for v4.5? Also, how do you get certain characters? Is it by chance or is there a specific way to get a character? If so how can I get Ura Violetchi?

i dont know i used to have one but now i just have a v5 but maby others do

The V4 & V4.5 are often spoken of together because in many aspects they're very similar. (Skill point system, mail, school, jobs, same TamaTown web site.)

Some of the codes & passwords are the same, and some are different. You can find them all, in the Tamagotchi Codes forum.

Guiding your baby towards growing up to be a certain adult character was fairly easy on the V4. It's much more difficult on the V4.5. The V4.5 seems to have added some randomness into the growths.
