questions about v4

i just got a v4 and i got some questions

fortune cookies: what the hect are they? i got one and i opened it up, but all it did was flash symbols (heart, star, person) on the screen.

points: is there any way to get points faster? it only has two games as of now and it gets bored of them easily and refuses to play them.

i have a pen and a pencil but it cant play with them for some reason. why is this?

I have a V4 2 the fourtune cookie if you read the instructions tells you how your day isgoing to go..its points...heart....and star... and the pen and pencil only adults can use and you can go to school with your tama or wait until it gets older..=)
