plz help is this a glitch?

Okay this is what happened i logged in all the characters in music city but petitchi (boy) is not showing up maiditchi is not showing up and itchigotchi is not showing up on my logged in character menu but it still says 38/38 characters logged but i did not get that big poster so......what happened?

That is really weird... did you try logging in the characters again, or looking at it from another account? I don't know what to do, but you could ask bandai yourself... Even though they are our enemies now, because of the spot and mocha thing...

yea i tryed that and it still says i have not logged them in? but it says 38/38 and why did i not get the big poster!?!?! i am confused!
