My son pressed reset instead of download after waking his tamagotchi. HE'S DEVISTATED!

Is there any way to retrieve all of his info and the original pet???

I'm sorry, I don't know a way. If he presses reset again and then presses download, it might give him his old tama back, but I'm not sure of that. Good luck!

No sadly it is gone forever . I accidentally reset mine and it was on Generation 7 once! He'll have to start again, unfortunately there is no "undo" button. Resetting again doesn't work.
