it is an adult v3 gen 1 female gozraratchi type thing and it says that it is 1 heart full hungry but when i try to feed it it refuses please reply

I suggest that you play games then quickly feed him/her

If it refuses food when it's hungry, try giving it a time out, then offering food again.

The only other thing I can think of trying is to press the reset button (on the back), then at the "download or reset" screen, select download.

Does it have a skull near it? If so, that makes sense because it won't have meals when it's sick. Cure its sickness by going to the medicine icon (press "A" seven times) and press "B" once. After giving it, it might show a skull still. Press "B" again.

Well, it's probably sick and your character is a Kurokotchi. Do you like her as that character?

Find your character's fav food, when my Kole didn't want to play I just gave him an apple and he'd play with me..>^^

The reason she refuses food is probably because you feed her too much! Are all the hearts full right now?
