What is Photoshop?

Photoshop is a more advanced art program (as compared to MS Paint) created by Adobe (the program that may also supply your flash player) that is used on the computer to make digital art, far beyond the capabilites of MS Paint. Oh, how I wish I could get my hands on it and instal it... x.x This isn't not my computer though, so I'm not allowed. Too bad.

Yeah... I'm really not sure about how to use it. Taking that it's a version 1.00, it sounds a little dated... but hopefully it all works out for you.
