it is actually about opera (did you see the title?)

its about this chorus girl(named Christine) who ends up singing the lead in the opera musical. then her childhood friend, Raoul, comes and finds her and her "beautiful" singing voice and is captured by The Phantom of the Opera. they both fall in love with Christine...

... blah, blah, blah... OH YEAH! some drunk gut in the movie gets hung!
