more than likely you entered a number wrong... this happened to me at first too but if this isn't your problem then i really have no clue. lol hope this helps

After you've entered in your login password, don't say to yourself, "oh, I've entered it in, I can get off the login password screen on my v4.5 now." Because if you exit the login password screen, you will most likely be unable to log out.
