Why are the pictures always kave a blue background with the numbers 1-5 on them mine is a green on iwth the color squares and has a pink and yellow background.Is it right?

I never noticed that before, you have a good eye.

It's just an example, not all of them have that background. Infact only two (of the first american batch) do. No worries.

Ummm....i just got the clored one (green) and it has the "main" american backround. But my otther conneXions have 1 2 3 4 5 as the back round....

yeah both my orange and purple have 1,2,3,4 and 5 randomly strewn about the background..The orange is a little more faded though

Pluses and Keitai's also have different background styles. It's neat!

Yea, I've noticed it too. I think it's just kinda like a "model" or "demo" Tama. I dunno.

A lot of them have numbers in the background, but some don't.
