On a Quest to Recover My Old Neopets Account(s)

Yesterday, March 15th, I did two things

1) I submitted a couple support tickets requesting help to recover my old Neopets accounts since that's something they advertised as possible
2) I created a newbie account to follow up on the ticket progress on the Neoboards (and use as a new account if all else fails)

I'll update this thread with the progress as I go! I know lots of people have gotten their accounts back, and I'd love to be one of them.

Not off topic at all! It's interesting and fun with no shortage of content--lore, games, shopping and trading, pet customization. I mostly role played on the forums when I was younger, but now I'm excited to play more than chat

Oh no. Like, on the neopets website haha. I posted a lot more than that on Neopets back in the day too lol

Well, they gave me one of my old accounts back after a week...Then I immediately got locked out again. I don't understand what's going on with the website but it's caused more frustration than fun.
