well there would be no point of making a whole new town just for v4.5 as it is exactly the same as a version 4 the only difference would be that it has new jobs and games. THINK PEOPLE THINK!!!!!! but if there was ever a version 5 coming out then there should definatley be a new town. but we dont need the verssion 5 to come out (if there ever is gonna be one) because ver 4 and ver 4.5 should amuse us for a long time as it has quite recently come out (well not that recent but there is still things to learn and see on the webbie)!!!
