so far, i have had all the forms other than the top two in that picture.

how can i get those two?

Just take really good care and then you should get them.

Have you seen THIS website, more specifically the Tamagotchi Tips page? I always hop on over to this page if I'd like some more details on how to get each P1/P2 adult character. Violetchilluvr3 is right though. The characters are listed in order of best to worst care. The first 3 are considered "good" care characters and the last 3 are considered "bad" care characters. To get Mimitchi (the first character pictured, the one with the big ears), you simply take absolute perfect care of your character, from baby to adult. Don't let the happiness and hunger hearts empty more than 1 for each, respond to each discipline call until the meter fills completely, clean up after all of its messes, things like this. To get Pochitchi (the one that looks like a puppy), you do that, but less, if that makes sense. The middle characters (Pochitchi for the "good" and Takotchi for the "bad") are always the hardest to get because you have to find a balance of good and bad care.

i tried to feed and play as soon as it only has 3 stars, i still get the alien form?

is it possible that my tama doesn't have the top two adult forms?

No, all tamagotchis are created with the same programming. And I'm not sure, but I think the alien you're talking about is Zatchi, a secret character.

If you get Zachi (the alien) then you're actually taking very good care too XD (but he will only evolve from perfect care if you get Zuchitchi first - who also looks like an alien to me)
