Well, this morning I was playing with my iD L Princess Spacy. It has had no previous problems, it's very clean on the shell and in the battery holders. I have had it for less than two weeks and I bought it new in package. Then suddenly, the screen started fading. It was fading to black then to normal, but I was playing a game and the buttons still worked while it was fading from black to normal. I quit the game, and shortly after it completely faded. I tried re-inserting the batteries but it didn't work. Then I took some new batteries, and I'm glad to say it worked fine and let me download my character. :)

But still, it's a weird way for a colour Tama, or any Tama, to run out of batteries. Usually it just flashes right to the low battery screen and stays there, and the game is paused. But this was obviously different - it never even showed the low battery screen!

Is my Princess Spacy glitched, or is it the batteries?

Usually if you use the batteries in the package, they seem to run out faster, like what happened with my iD L connecting with Orandatchi's 15th Anniversary. Also, have your connected with your iD L alot?

Yes, I connected it quite a bit with my iD L.

Then that's probably a factor. I find that the batteries that come with the iD L, like PixieTama123 said, run out really easily. Mine died in less than a week. >_<

I've never seen that happen before, maybe it's just a little battery glitch.

Well you see...

The Color Tamagotchi is very nice, but can suck batteries nicely.

You see,it often depends on the brand of battery that is in the unit.

Some of the time,a battery may last about 6 months in a Tamagotchi,

others only a week or so.

Some brands just don't work with Tamagotchi, and so be it.

It is also possible that your Spacy is glitched. There not being a low battery sign

is strange, but not impossible. It's possible that the battery was just so tired,

it heaved it's heavy bones, and shut your Spacy off.

I,myself,wouldn't worry.

I know that, I've had colour Tamas since I got my +C back in 2010. :) It's weird that it ran out so quickly...most colour Tamas last at least a month before the battery goes...

Hmm.Problably just a "dud" batch of batteries. Some batteries that are sent out just don't work!
