I just got a Pixel Chix for Christmas. Everything was fine at first.
Now suddenly there is no sound. All the buttons and the girl work OK but I don't hear any sound.
Anyone has experienced this and can provide any help?
On another thread I read someone saying that there is a sound mute button at the back. (?)
I only see the reset button at the back.
I searched online for troubleshooting help but found nothing.
Any help from anyone would be very much appreciated.
