Eleanor turned and headed for the basement. "We'll give you some space." Then, remembering how Nick had influenced her to choose him over Zane, she turned and pushed Sasha away with the ghost magic. "I mean it. Give him some space. No fairy influencing." She told Sasha, before linking with her mind to keep tabs and went into the basement.

Sasha walked down to the basement.

Zane just sighed, and walked outside, needing fresh air.

Eleanor sat down with her head on her knees, then looked up when ahe heard Sasha. "What?" She asked in a tired voice.

"Nothing, just giving Zane some time alone." Sasha said.

Zane came back in the house, still without a decision.

Eleanor thought it was a little annoying that Sasha had to come in here with her, but at least she wasn't trying to kill her. So she just nodded, picked up her dad's note and read it again, looking for hints.

Zane walked down to the basement.

Eleanor sighed and tucked the note into her pocket, before looking up and smiling weakly at Zane.

Zane tried to return the smile but couldn't.

The smile faded as Eleanor got up. "Zane? Are you okay?"

"Eleanor, I love you." Zane said softly. He turned to Sasha. "But I still have feelings for Sasha."

Eleanor swallowed but took the news well. "Of course you do," she said softly. "You've liked her since you were a kid." She hugged Zane. "I can live with that."

Zane just sighed. "It's just so confusing. I can't love you both, but I don't want to hurt one of you."

Nick was getting bored. "Anyone know what's going on?"

Eleanor glanced at Sasha, then turned back to Zane. "I get that." she said quietly.

 

[YellowJedi]

Melody shook her head. "Nope." She said, trying to calm herself down.

Zane looked down to the floor, not knowing what to say.

Sasha looked at Zane.

Eleanor saw Sasha look, but she couldn't tel what she was thinking. "...Sasha?"

Sasha quickly turned to Eleanor. "Yeah?"

Eleanor flinched. "Nothing... you just seem a bit..." She didn't really know how to finish.

Sasha looked at her. "What do I seem like?"

 

[tamaturtle]

"Surprised and annoyed."

Sasha laughed a little. "More surprised than anything."
