New Year gatecrashers

Melody smirked, dodging the pillow.

Zane could now see Jet's house.

Eleanor stirred and Nick switched his gaze to her, the smile fading.

Zane was looking in the window. "Looks like I only got one shot." He said, breaking the window, and jumping inside. He ran to Eleanor, grabbing her. "I'm gonna get you out of here, trust me." He closed his eyes, draining her powers.

Nick jumped then got to his feet, blasting Zane with dark energy.

Jet looked at Voriz.

Eleanor was still unconscious, although the wound on her neck had healed.

Zane blocked the attack, and sent a wave of electricity at the others.

Nick dodged, his eyes wide. "What the-" He entered Voriz's mind. Get to Eleanor. He won't risk hurting her.

Jet wasn't so lucky; he was sent flying. He crashed into Melody, knocking them into the wall.

 

[YellowJedi]

I'm a little busy here. Voriz replied, dodging blasts of fire.

Nick rolled his eyes and flew across the room, grabbing Eleanor. Like you couldn't have done that? "One more move and she dies." He grinned at Zane.

Jet scrambled off of Melody.

Zane smirked, freezing Nick. He went over, and got Eleanor back. He jumped out, and walked home.

Eleanor woke up. "Urgh..."

There was silence. Then Jet muttered "Well, cr*p."

 

[YellowJedi]

"You okay?" He asked her.

 

[tamaturtle]

"Lost a lot of blood." Eleanor murmered.

Jet decided to take out his annoyance on Nick. "You f*cking idiot!"

Nick was unruffled. "I didn't see you helping."

"We'll have your dad help with that at the house." Zane said.

Eleanor shifted her position and winced when she recieved a small static shock. "Who charged you batteries?"

Jet sat down in a huff, forgetting that he was meant to be proving he wasn't childish.

 

[YellowJedi]

Ooc: Happy birthday.

"I'll tell you later." Zane sighed.

Melody sat down next to Jet, but didn't say anything. She looked at Nick, giving him a glare. "And like you helped? You're the reason Zane took her back!"

Darius met them outside the house. "Is she ok?"

Nick frowned. "Maybe. But the question is: what was with the powers?"

 

[YellowJedi]

Zane sighed. "I don't know. Melody bit her before I got there."

Melody shrugged. "Zane got him powers back somehow." She turned to her brother. "Do you still have your's?"

Voriz just nodded, not wanting to speak.

Suddenly Nick face palmed. "Of course." He muttered. "Eleanor and her amazing regenerating powers."

Darius held open the door so Zane could carry Eleanor inside.

Zane brought Eleanor O her room, laying her down on the bed."

"No shxt Sherlock." Melody said.

Eleanor rolled over to look at the two males. "Not quite the worst ten minutes of my life, but close." She smiled weakly.

Nick glared at Melody through his fingers.

"Well that screws up the plan." Jet muttered.
