Hello everyone. So, I'm actually new here as the title states, however I am not new to Tamagotchi. As someone who was born in the beginning of the 90's, I've had quiet a few of them. I started with the original when it came out, then moved to V2, V3, V4, V4.5 and then V5. The last tamagotchi I owned was the TMGC+C. I currently own a tamagotchi friends, currently on first gen (heart egg > pinkbotchi > terupotchi > neopotchi). Even though bandai originally released them for females (at least according to them and to the wiki), and even though I am a young 24 year old male adult, I have enjoyed them quiet a bit. So have several other friends of mine. Hoping to pick up a second tamagotchi friends for my girlfriend and utilize the bump connection method which I find pretty cool, since the last time I had one all it had was that troublesome infra red connection method which barely worked at all.

Anyway, I guess I will just be lurking around for a while, until I find something that interests me on the forums. See you guys or talk to you soon!

Sweet! Nice to have you here, and welcome to the forums. Hope you'll like it here:)

Thanks, and yeah I hope so. I tend to be off and on with tamagotchis. I only got back into it recently because of the iOS app for the classic version, but when I was recently in Canada at the PNE in Vancouver with my girlfriend we noticed they had tamagotchi's as a prize in the arcade for 1000 tickets (about $10 worth of play) so I couldn't pass it up. She got some collectable vinylz dolls anyway. I might end up buying a tamagotchi friends for her just to use the bump feature and stuff. She's had them before, but she never got past 1st gen she said. I on the other hand have gotten as far as 12th gen back on Tama V3.
