i just bought a tamagotchi, the music star v6. this is the first one i've owned, and im kind of obsessed and want to take really good care of it.

ive cheked other sites and i dont understand all the technical talk like debugging and whatnot, i just need some basic info.

such as:

do i have to pay constant attention to it? what is a healthy weight? how do i know if im taking good care of it? how do i get gotchi points? i have a tamatown account, but does that benefit my tamagotchi in any way?

just any basic information you can provide will help.

thanks!

First to take good care of it, you always have to check in the HeathMeter if all the hearts are filled with Black, the more the better.

For the stress level, don't let it go too high, the lower the better. If it gets too high, it won't go to concerts or practice it's instrument

For music skills, the more the better, your goal is to get it to 999 when it's an adult.

to earn music skills you can either play games, practice your instrument or go to practice with your band

When your Tamagotchi has an Exclamation mark above it's head that means it needs attention it can either be

- Someone at the door

- It's hungry and sad and it needs food

- There's a concert to play at

IF the stress get to high you can lower it by letting your Tamagotchi play games

The Tamagotchi Music City online also benifits your Tamagotchi, from Music City you can buy toys and instruments to send to your Tamagotchi to let it play. You can't buy instruments or toys from your Tamagotchi toy, you can only buy it online and use the code on your Tamagotchi.

PM me if you have anymore questions

Hope that helped

ok, thank you, that really helped. one more quick question, it wouldnt practice on its drums so i got on the site and bought it a guitar, but it wont play that either. its stress level is fine, and its stats are pretty good, whats wrong? :)

I am not quiet sure, but if you have a lot of instruments your tam will most often have a favourite, if you have fewer or only one instrument, it is suppose to be able to play with at least one of those that he/she has.

How much stress is pretty good? :)

Debug is a special cheat for tamagotchi connections, I don't know exactly how it works for the music star, but check this link for a debug description of the erlier versions: https://pixelmood.com/tamagotchi_connection_debugging.htm

Try to keep the stress level between 50 - 0, the lower the better. Tamagotchi might not practice or play the instrument if the stress is too high or it's too hungry or unhappy. Also if it still doesn't play, do Time Out with your Tamagotchi

Hope that helps

Average healthy weights for Tamagotchis include the following:

Infant Stage - 5 pounds

Child / Toddler Stage - 10 pounds

Teenager Stage - 20 pounds

Adult Stage - 30 pounds

From what I have noticed, you can't transfer any Gotchi Points from the online Music City.

However, once your Tamagotchi is in a band and performs in concerts, you can get millions -- yes, millions, of Gotchi Points.

And once your Tamagotchi hits the Teenager Stage (or Adult Stage, I'm not sure), the default Baby Food and Baby's Milk in the food section will only fill up your Tamagotchi's Hungry and Happy meters halfway. (2/4 hearts.) At this point you will need to buy food and snacks from the Shop under the Door icon.

I'm sure you are also already familar with how the meals and snacks work.

Meals fill up one Hungry heart on the meter, and if I remember correctly, they will make your Tamagotchi gain one pound.

Snacks will fill up one Happy heart on the meter, and also lower stress. However, they will cause your Tamagotchi to gain two pounds or so.

The three games on the Music Star help the following stats.

Sing a Song - Tone

Music Notes - Rhythm

Sound Block - Original

A perfect game on either of those will increase the corresponding stat by 30, and it will lower ten points on the stress meter.

If there is any other information needed, feel free to ask.

I hope I've helped you.
