New Tama owner with a cpl questions...

Hi I was just wondering a few things.

I was looking at the V3 chart of characters and I think the two I have are Tamatchi and Mametchi. If you reset the Tamagotchi and start new with an egg is the character always the same?

A few characters on the chart have info on them. Why don't all the characters have some info on personality etc?

Is the only way to make it happy to play the games and win?

I read somewhere that the more points donated to the king the more points you win at the games but the opposite happened for me. I donated more and now when I win a game I win 5 points less than before. Whats up with that?

Last, where do you purchase new batteries at? I would like to get some before they go out!

1: Whenever you reset your Tama your pet that you previously had will be no more unless you choose "Download" instead of "Reset".

So getting the same character you had before is completly random.

But on some cases to get Mimtchi, Mametchi, I have heard to get them you must raise them VERY good and care for them perfectly.

Now on an ODD Generation (Gen) your Tama will only be able to get certain characters and some might acutally be from EVEN Generation of Characters.

Same applies for EVEN.

So if you reset and you had for example an "Mimitchi".

Since He/sHe is from the EVEN Gen and EVEN Gen. only....you wont be able to get him/her on an ODD Gen.

*Reseting will also reset your Gen.'s by the way.*

2: I guess they didnt make info on all the characters I guess.

3: No. You can also raise its Happy by feeding it snacks. But if you overflow it with snacks (When 4 hearts are full) It might get a Toothache!

4: Hmm...I dont think that is true but what is true you do win more points by connecting with another V3 owner though!
