I don't really know what to write XD

I'm a big tamagotchi fan, since 4 or 5 years. I only own the huge Tama-go and a V6, with a bunch of Tama-go characters. I can't really call it a collection but still, haha.

My passion started by reading a french book from the 90's about how taking care of your virtual pet, and I instantly falled in love with it. But for some reason, I don't really like the newer versions, they're kinda too much with the IR connection and the huge number of different characters you can get. The P1 was much simpler, (and small !) than the newer like the Tamagotchi 4U which is huge and almost like a smartphone. My dream is to find a working P1 in good condition, that would be awesome !

If you want to find a p1 just go on eBay. They always have loads either used or new in box!!

Ebay is usually one of the best places to look for used vintage tamagotchis - also new in package (NIP), although the choice of P1s and the number up for sale depends on which country you are based in and how much you're prepared to pay for shipping from another location.

Fyi we ask all our members not to use TamaTalk to actively buy / sell / trade their tamas (too many scammers posing as nice, friendly tama fans and ripping off other TamaTalkers) but there are several active fb groups around and of course the online stores. Plenty of members use them and find them reliable.

The English packaging I've seen on Starting Bid at £15 and Buy It Now for £30.

The American packaging I've seen only Buy It Now for £20-£30
