NEED HELP! something with my furby

i am very upset, because my furby always sleeps, i tried everithing. when i woke him up, he says me sleep again.

maybe somebody had such problem and fixed it somehow ? plz help me

Hold him/her upside down and then feed it... and shake him/her for a minute... (Enough so it talks , like saying woh and such)
