need help on tama id l

hello there,

Im not that novice when it comes to tamagotchi ~ I mean I still have my music star running even without tamatown. But recently, I was lucky enough to get my hands on a tamagotchi id l English version. ( and no I didn't pay $180 dollars on ebay- I have family in china, that was kind

enough to find one for me) but seriously im lost. I've read some of the post here about id-l which made things more worse.

im on 2nd generation already - I was just pretty much taking care of it , the old fashion way.

I just need u guys to verify some stuff for me. thanks

1) I dont have any IR phone/ usb to do the download - so forget about me getting binary codes. and I've read that some travel destinations are only downloadable - true? is there anyway for me to get them without downloads

2) those "happy seal" I dont really get them, certain items makes them happy enough to get the seal?

3)I've seen the charts of growth , but what are care misses?????

1. There are some places that need to be downloaded to visit.

2.You get happy seals by having your pet eat a certain food item, play with a certain toy, put on a certain outfit, (IE crown, tuxedo, ect, ect, ect) and the final happy seal you get for having the adult tama for 48 hours before you go to the matchmaking place.

3. Care misses are when your pet makes an attention beep and you don't give it what it wants before the attention icon in the bottom right is no longer highlighted.

I haven't really had much luck downloading things either. You may not get some destinations, clothes, foods, games, and wallpaper, but you can still enjoy your iD L like crazy even without downloading anything.

As for the happy seals, here is a list.

Basically, you have a happiness meter on your iD L. You can fill up the green using snacks and games, but after that, when your Tamagotchi is an adult, you need to use certain items and eat certain foods in order to fill it all the way, so you have multiple happiness bars. If you get all the happy symbols (the last one is keeping your adult for 48 hours) that Tamagotchi character has reached TamaTomo status and will be stored in your memory book on the Tamagotchi. Getting more characters and reaching TamaTomo (happy) status allows you to also unlock new destinations and icon backgrounds for your Tamagotchi.
