No. It is not true.

There were many rumors about how to get a Nazotchi character on the V1.

None of them were ever proved for the V1 (as far as I remember).

Nazotchi is an unattainable character, just a "visitor" (shows up on friend lists, mailman, pay check giver outer xD)'
