MyMeets is not working

I'm just gonna make this short and sweet. Okay, so basically, I reset my Tamagotchi ON yesterday, every since then MyMeets hasn't been working. Is there any way to fix it? It was working fine before... (Sorry if wrong tag thing, didn't know what to put it in)

I suggest you deleted it completely and install it again and hopefully you’ll be able to access it.

Can you explain the error a little more specifically? May it will be easier to fix unless you already did.
