My tamas have minor glitches. I'm guessing they're permanent?

My Music star has dead pixels on one row. (I've already tried screwing in the screws.)

And my V2 has the infamous... "Battery draining glitch." Idk if there's a way to possibly fix it, though if not, it's not the end of the world. I still use them.

A line of dead pixels is usually due to dirty or loose connections, you can try cleaning the zebra connectors with some isopropyl alcohol, but they can be hard to realign properly so take care. 

Try using a different brand of battery than usual in the V2.
