Maybe they ran out of stock while preparing your order and might need to wait for more to come in before they can send yours? Just a guess. Have you tried looking at your order status or anything like that? Maybe you can contact a representative.

actually, they sent me an email saying that they shipped it

As I said, be patient. It could take 1-2 more days because of weekends and that the Post Office may have not registered it and started processing until the next day. Don't freak out.
