my tama won't send presents!

i dropped my tama a few days ago, and the inside of the screen cracked! so only half of the screen works.. i bought a new tama and i want to send all my items from my broken tama into the new one. but when i push the present option, the half of the screen that works says sorry or something.. why won't it let me send presents? i have no trouble with the "visit" or "game" options..

You probably have too many items and/or foods. Try trashing some.

Now try wrapping a present and sending it. Does it work?

no.. i wrapped the present already (it's a little bow). it still doesn't work..

Your Tamagotchi doesn't know if it's going to be sending or receiving an Item/Snack yet - so if it is at the Item/Snack maximum, it will not be able to go into Present Connection, because if another Tamagotchi tried to send it a present, it would go over the Item/Snack maximum (which is not allowed to be possible ).

So, find your least favourite Item/Snack/both (if both lists are at maximum) and get rid of it. Wrapping will not help, only deleting it will. After that, it will be fine.
