MY TAMA WONT NOTIFY ME WHEN IT NEEDS SOMETHING

okay i tried reseting it, and it notified me once and then when it goes to the bathroom or is hungry or sick, it wont beep, and yes the sound is on, so whats wrong?

Hmmm...Try and check again.

If thats not the problem maybe the sound thing is damaged.
