At school during lunch My friend ( whom shall not be reaveled ) had her tamagotchi with her but wasn't playing with it. One of our lunch moniters saw it and she went up in fumes. She yanked it away from her ( unbuckled it off her belt-loop ) and will not give it back!!!!!! She said out-loud, "I bet this would make a GREAT chew-toy for my dog!" and smirked at her. she un-gently stuffed it into her pocket at strode away grinning. You should have seen my poor friend's face. it was very pale. Just the thought of a dog, ripping her toy apart made her sad. And my friend was terrified of dogs! the lunch moniter knew she was. But that's not the end of it... :D

She brought it back about a month later. During lunch she held it up over all the tables for EVERYONE to see!!! And she said, "This is a present from Skipper.....my dog." She held it high and dropped it....hard onto the table my friend and I were sitting at. She picked it up and held it in despair.

It was cracked open the battery gone, the screen so torn up it was coming off! The wires were ripped out of it and the antenes was broken in half. "Oh my goodness.....I'm sorry ( friend's name here )" I felt bad for her. Not just because of the toy, but the humiliation.

My teacher in class dosn't mind if we play with them in class. Just not when she's talking our we're during work. Just in silent reading and indoor reccess. I'm soooo sorry for my friend. It was a V4 too! ARRRRG!

You should really tell a teacher [someone who will do something]. I know they are allowed to confiscate [sp?] things, but they are not allowed to break them. And it was out of pure spite what she did - she/he shouldn't be a lunch moniter!

That's rude! You should tell a teacher or a parent. My mom does not particulary LOVE tamagotchis but i work REALLY hard for my money and i got it with my money so my mom would be fuming. She'd probably make the Lunch Moniter pay for another one!

yeah, except my friedn's got a new one....but she still has the broken one,

That's awful! I hope something is done about this moniter. I agree, they can confiscate things, but they can't give it to their dog as a chew toy! What if it was an iPod or something? What if the person got it for their birthday? What if (and I'm not saying all of these apply to your friend.) the person was poor, and that was the only toy they had?

I would tell the principal or your parents. Something needs to be done about this lunch monitor!

I'm glad she has a new one, though :) I also hope the proper action is taken.

i really hope u can do something about the Lunch Monitor.i fell soooo sorry for your friend.

that's horrible! The lunch monitors don't care if we play with tamas, but if we have cell phones/mp3's/ipods/etc. they just tell us to put it away, and there's this janitor and he's always in the cafeteria during lunchtime (well, part of lunchtime anyways), and when he saw my tama once, he said "hey, don't bring those toys to school anymore." he always thinks he's boss, but he's not, he's just a janitor, and all the teachers think that he always acts like he works for the CIA or something, or is even a teacher, and it's so annoying! but i keep mine hidden from hime, especially since i have a pet pouch, but that's a whole different story. Anyways, I hope that lunch monitor gets the proper punishment and they give you the money for a new tama, even though you already have a new one.

EDIT: I also agree that the lunch monitors can confiscate things, but i know they're not allowed to break them or anything.
