So, I just saw that in some post some people put tamagotchi small "pictures" that move and they look REALLY cool. How can I put these moving tamagotchi "pictures"??? Thanks.

Are you referring to these: 
:mimitchi: ? If so, the way to get them is when you are posting in a topic, next to the A with four colored squares, there will be an icon of a smiley face. Click that, and at the bottom of the screen, they will appear, and you can choose one! It might not be there if you are on a tablet though.
