More Secret Characters!?!

After I logged on to V4/V4.5 TamaTown, I clicked on the "info" poster just to see if there were any interesting tips. The first time I clicked it, it said this:

You can create 3 special characters from Memetchi. To do so, you'll need at least 900 Artistic "skill" points and a total of 1500 "skill" points overall.

Then a few clicks later, it said this:

You can create 3 special characters from Kuchipatchi. To do so, you'll need at least 900 Social "skill" points and a total of 1500 "skill" points overall.

I just checked it again, and it said this:

You can create 3 special characters from Mametchi. To do so, you'll need at least 900 Intellectual "skill" points and a total of 1500 "skill" points overall.

Has anybody tested this??? That means that there are more secret characters!!!!!

So do I. But if Binary says there's only 3 [& I believe her] & PonytchiLuv saw these signs what total to nine, how else could you explain but a typo?
